GlycoFlux™ human ST3GAL1 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line that constitutively overexpresses ST3GAL1, which sialylates core-1 O-glycans to generate the sialyl-T (Neu5Acα2-3Galβ1-3GalNAc-O-) epitope. This platform increases sialyl-T to shape mucin biophysics, limit core-2 branching, and support evaluation of immune lectin recognition, protease resistance, and glycoform-specific therapeutic performance.

Product Disclaimer
This product is provided for research only, not suitable for human or animal use. Due to the inherent limitations of infectious agent testing, investigators must exercise extreme caution when handling cells provided by Creative Biolabs, treating all cells as potentially biohazardous.
Catalyzes the transfer of sialic acid from CMP-sialic acid to galactose-containing substrates; primarily located in the Golgi but can be processed into a soluble form.
