Product Type
Oxidation and Antioxidant Series
Target
Amylopectin
Kit Components
Reaction Buffer; Specific Substrate; Standard; Reaction Stop Solution
Sample Types
Tissues, other biological samples
Sample Volume
10 μL - 50 μL
Detection Principle
Target amylopectin in samples undergoes specific enzymatic conversion or chromatic reaction, resulting in a distinct optical absorbance change monitored spectrophotometrically. The variation in absorbance intensity directly correlates with the concentration of target amylopectin.
Detection Time
Within 1 hour
Required Equipment & Materials (Self-provided by User)
Visible Spectrophotometer or Microplate Reader, glass/quartz cuvettes, microcentrifuge, water bath/incubator, adjustable micropipettes, double-distilled water.
The presence and activity of amylopectin are closely linked to overall organismal health. This constituent influences multiple downstream effects, anchoring the stability of interrelated metabolic chains. Consequently, accurate quantification of this target is essential for uncovering underlying pathological and physiological mechanisms.
Application
Tailored for accurate quantification of amylopectin across cell biology, organelle bioenergetics, and intracellular signaling cascades.
Key Features & Advantages
Stable Signal Output; Broad Sample Compatibility; Stringent Quality Control
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
