Target Information
Full Name
Amylose
Alternate Names
Amylose
Application Notes
Background
Research highlights amylose as a significant participant in key metabolic and regulatory cascades. It actively circulates within the biological matrix, acting as a crucial building block or signaling molecule. Consequently, consequently, robust measurement of this parameter is highly beneficial for comprehensive functional profiling.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking amylose fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Excellent Reproducibility; Ready-to-Use Reagents
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
