Application Notes
Background
In the context of biological research, amylose has emerged as a molecule of high interest. This constituent influences multiple downstream effects, anchoring the stability of interrelated metabolic chains. As a result, detailed analysis of this target empowers researchers to monitor disease progression or developmental stages effectively.
Application
Specifically engineered for evaluating amylose dynamics in plant physiology, stress adaptation signaling, and cellular homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
Rapid Execution; Flexible Sample Inputs; Highly Reproducible Data
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
