Phosphatidate Phosphatase
Alternate Names
Phosphatidate Phosphatase; PPase
Application Notes
Background
Phosphatidate phosphatase (PPase) is an integral element required for robust cellular function and metabolism. It plays a crucial part in the mobilization of organic phosphorus and metabolic regulation. Thus, accurate determination using this assay supports advanced exploration in biochemistry and molecular biology.
Application
Ideal for investigating phosphatidate phosphatase (PPase) activity and metabolic turnover during natural product research, growth factor signaling, and developmental morphogenesis studies.
Key Features & Advantages
Linear Dynamic Range; Stringent Quality Control; Enhanced Sensitivity
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
