Product Description The quantitative human CHRNα7 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human cholinergic receptor, nicotinic, α7 (CHRNα7) levels. CHRNα7 is a subunit of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. This receptor is a ligand-gated ion channel. CHRNα7 plays a role in neurotransmission.
