GlycoErase™ POFUT2 Knockout CHO-K1 Cell Line (CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF72)

Datasheet
SizeQtyAdd To Basket
2 M cells/vial*2

Description The POFUT2 knockout CHO-K1 cell line investigates POFUT2 protein O-fucosyltransferase 2 function in CHO-K1 cells as POFUT2 O-fucosylates cysteine knot motifs in EGFs and chondroitin glycans and the CHO cell POFUT2 knockout model may disrupt O-fucosylation of cysteine knots complementing POFUT1 studies in CHO cells.
