GlycoErase™ PPP1R9A Knockout HEK293 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0825-JF466

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoErase™ PPP1R9A knockout HEK293 cell line is a HEK293 model with PPP1R9A deleted. PPP1R9A (neurabin-1) is a PDZ/SAM-domain scaffold protein regulating PP1 and actin cytoskeleton reorganization, with roles in neuronal development. The knockout supports studies of human actin remodeling, synaptic-like scaffold function, and epigenetic imprinting, with applications in development, cell adhesion, and neurobiology.
