Description	GlycoErase™ PPP2CA knockout HEK293 cell line is a HEK293 model in which PPP2CA, the α catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), has been deleted. PP2A is a major Ser/Thr phosphatase that regulates cell cycle and growth through multiple holoenzyme complexes. The knockout system enables studies of tumor suppression, phosphoregulation of human cell signaling, and therapeutic targeting of PP2A-inhibited pathways.
