Description
GlycoErase™ PPP2CA knockout HepG2 cell line removes PPP2CA, the α catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), which negatively regulates cell growth and division through various regulatory subunits. This knockout supports analysis of PP2A-dependent tumor suppression, cell-cycle phosphoregulation, and phosphatase inhibitor responses in liver cells, with applications in cancer and cell-cycle research.
