GlycoErase™ PPP2CA knockout Jurkat cell line is a Jurkat model in which PPP2CA, the α catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), has been eliminated. PP2A is a major Ser/Thr phosphatase that negatively regulates cell growth and division via diverse regulatory subunits. The knockout enables analysis of PP2A-dependent tumor suppression, cell-cycle phosphoregulation, and phosphatase inhibitor responses in a controllable Jurkat background.
