GlycoFlux™ Human MGAT2 Overexpression Glycoengineered Cell

CAT#: GLJF-0925-JF205

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoFlux™ human MGAT2 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line that constitutively overexpresses MGAT2, the Golgi enzyme that extends MGAT1-primed branches to drive complex N-glycan formation. It is well-suited for enhancing biantennary completion, reducing high-mannose content, and testing glycan-guided strategies to optimize antibody Fc function, receptor clustering, and galectin engagement.
