GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R7 overexpression Raji cell line is a stable cell line engineered to overexpress PPP1R7, a regulatory subunit that modulates serine/threonine protein phosphatase-1 (PP1) activity and targets PP1 to mitotic kinetochores. Required for completion of the mitotic cycle, PPP1R7 exhibits alternative splicing; this model enables studies of chromosome segregation, PP1 localization, and cell cycle control.
