Application Notes
Background
Functioning at the core of various biological processes, citrate synthase (CS) is a key subject of biochemical analysis. Its enzymatic function is indispensable for the efficient generation of cellular biomass and storage reserves. Consequently, investigating its functional state is crucial for identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking citrate synthase (CS) fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Robust Assay Design; Easy-to-Follow Protocol; Versatile Application Range
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
