Target Information
Full Name
Protopectin
Alternate Names
Pectin; PP; Protopectin
Application Notes
Background
Protopectin (PP) is an integral element required for robust cellular function and metabolism. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. Investigating its functional state is crucial for identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Application
Specifically engineered for evaluating protopectin (PP) dynamics in plant physiology, stress adaptation signaling, and cellular homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
Linear Dynamic Range; Micro-Volume Optimization; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
