Full Name
Trypsin
Alternate Names
Trypsin; Trypsin Standard; Trypsin Reagent
Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of trypsin are closely linked to overall organismal health. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. Furthermore, investigating its functional state is crucial for identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking trypsin fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Broad Sample Compatibility; Stringent Quality Control
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
