Product Description The quantitative human Alk-Smase (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human alkaline sphingomyelinase (Alk-Smase) levels. Alk-Smase catalyzes the hydrolysis of sphingomyelin, a type of lipid found in cell membranes, to produce ceramide and phosphocholine.
