The quantitative human ICOS (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human inducible T-cell co-stimulator (ICOS) levels. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as cell lysates, serum, plasma, urine. Its sensitivity is 6.238 pg/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of ICOS in the sample.
