Product Description The quantitative human OS9 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human endoplasmic reticulum lectin (OS9) levels. OS9 is a protein involved in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-associated degradation (ERAD) pathway. ERAD is a process that removes misfolded proteins from the ER. OS9 recognizes misfolded glycoproteins and targets them for degradation. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as serum, plasma.
