GlycoErase™ B3GLCT Knockout IST-Mes2 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF1011

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
The B3GLCT knockout IST-Mes2 cell line lacks B3GLCT protein, beta 3-glucosyltransferase involved in O-linked glucosylation of thrombospondin type-1 repeats (TSRs). B3GLCT knockout in IST-Mes2 cells enables study of O-linked glycosylation disruption of TSRs in Pleural Mesothelioma, potentially affecting TSR-containing protein functions, cell adhesion, signaling and thrombospondin related pathways relevant to the tumor microenvironment.
