1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoErase™ G6PC2 knockout HepG2 cell line eliminates G6PC2, a glucose-6-phosphatase family member predominantly expressed in pancreatic islets. Unlike other isoforms, G6PC2 lacks catalytic activity but is a known autoimmune target in diabetes. This knockout supports research on autoimmune diabetes, islet biology, and glucose regulation, with applications in therapeutic development for diabetes and pancreatic hormone regulation.
