GlycoErase™ HEK293F-ΔMAN2B2 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF313

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
This MAN2B2 knockout (HEK293F) cell line lacks the MAN2B2 protein, a mannosidase alpha class 2B member 2. Predicted to enable alpha-mannosidase activity. Predicted to be involved in mannose metabolic process and oligosaccharide catabolic process. Loss of MAN2B2 Function may alter mannose metabolic processes.
