GlycoFlux™ human AMY1A overexpression HEK293 cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses salivary amylase AMY1A, a secreted, N-glycosylated hydrolase that cleaves 1,4-α-glucosidic bonds to initiate starch/glycogen breakdown. Use it as a secretion and glycoform benchmark to link N-glycan branching/sialylation with enzyme kinetics, thermal stability, and serum half-life in bioprocess-like settings.
