Description
GlycoFlux™ human SLC35C2 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line that constitutively overexpresses SLC35C2, a triose-phosphate-transporter-family member linked to oxygen-tension responses and placental biology. This platform allows dissection of hypoxia-driven glycosylation remodeling by modulating nucleotide-sugar availability and trafficking, supporting studies in tumor microenvironment and trophoblast models.
