Lysozyme
Alternate Names
Lysozyme; LZM
Application Notes
Background
Known for its specific biological characteristics, lysozyme (LZM) provides deep insights into cellular dynamics. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. In addition, accurate quantification of this target is essential for uncovering underlying pathological and physiological mechanisms.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of lysozyme (LZM) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Excellent Reproducibility; Ready-to-Use Reagents
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
