Application Notes
Background
Known for its specific biological characteristics, peroxidase (POD) provides deep insights into cellular dynamics. It mediates crucial electron transfer processes, neutralizing reactive species or facilitating biochemical oxidations. In addition, therefore, profiling its activity serves as a fundamental strategy for exploring complex biological phenomena.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of peroxidase (POD) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Micro-Volume Optimization; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
