Product Description The quantitative human LOXL3 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human lysyl oxidase like protein 3 (LOXL3) levels. LOXL3 is an enzyme that belongs to the lysyl oxidase family. Lysyl oxidases are involved in the crosslinking of collagen and elastin. LOXL3 may play a role in the structural integrity of the extracellular matrix. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, serum, plasma. Its sensitivity is 0.125 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of LOXL3 in the sample.
