Product Description The quantitative human NIS (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human sodium iodide symporter (NIS) levels. NIS is a membrane protein, which transports iodide into thyroid cells. NIS is essential for thyroid hormone synthesis. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates, serum, plasma. Its sensitivity is 0.064 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of NIS in the sample.
