Cationic lipid FTT5

FTT5 is an ionizable lipid utilized to create lipid-like nanoparticles (LLNPs) for the highly efficient delivery of long mRNA molecules, such as human factor VIII mRNA for hFVIII protein expression in hemophilia A mice. LLNPs formulated with FTT5 demonstrated superior delivery potency in vivo compared to LLNPs based on TT3.
