GlycoErase™ EOGT Knockout Human Thyroid Carcinoma Cell 8305C

CAT#: GLJF-0525-JF653

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
The EDGT knockout 8305C cell line, lacking the EGF domaiN-specific O-GlcNAc transferase EDGT, which mediates O-GlcNAc modification of extracellular EGF domain proteins, can be utilized to elucidate the role of O-GlcNAcylation in thyroid carcinoma-relevant EGF signaling, cell-cell communication, and microenvironmental modulation resulting from altered glycosylation of EGF domain proteins.
