By resetting phosphorylation across secretory- and trafficking nodes, it enables causal mapping of how PP2A tunes OST activity, Golgi glycosyltransferase residency, N-glycan branching, and receptor glycoform signaling, and supports screens for PP2A modulators that normalize hypoglycosylation.
