Description GlycoFlux™ human PPP2CA overexpression HEK293T cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses the PP2A catalytic α subunit, a core serine/threonine phosphatase controlling growth signals. This platform is suited to map PP2A-driven phosphoregulation of glycosylation machinery-altering branching, core fucosylation, and secretion quality of recombinant proteins.
