Description
GlycoErase™ SIGLEC11 knockout CHO-K1 cell line is a CHO-K1 model where SIGLEC11 has been eliminated. SIGLEC11 is a sialic acid-binding receptor with conserved Ig-like domains and motifs, mediating anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive signaling. Multiple isoforms exist. Knockout in CHO-K1 offers a platform for studying immune suppression pathways, inflammation control, and isoform-specific biology, and supports therapeutic antibody design and translational research.
