Overview
Description
GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC11 overexpression CHO-K1 cell line is a stable cell line overexpressing SIGLEC11, an anti-inflammatory lectin receptor of the sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin family. It delivers immunosuppressive signals upon glycan recognition and exists in multiple isoforms. This glycoengineered system allows functional dissection of SIGLEC11 signaling, glycan interactions, and its role in immune modulation.
