GlycoErase™ SIGLEC11 knockout HepG2 cell line is a HepG2 model where SIGLEC11 expression has been removed. SIGLEC11 is a sialic acid-binding receptor with conserved Ig-like domains and is known to mediate anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive signaling. The knockout HepG2 line supports exploration of immune suppression pathways, inflammatory control, and isoform-specific biology, and is applicable in liver disease research, therapeutic antibody validation, and translational drug development.
