Description
GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC11 overexpression Jurkat cell line is a stable cell line expressing SIGLEC11, a sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin lectin that delivers anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive signaling. Multiple isoforms are expressed via transcript variation. This glycoengineered T-cell model allows exploration of lectin checkpoint signaling, immune suppression, and glycan-dependent communication in adaptive immunity.
