Description
GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC11 overexpression A549 cell line is a stable cell line designed to express SIGLEC11, a sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activity. It features Ig-like domains including a V-set domain for sialic acid recognition. Alternative splicing generates multiple isoforms. This system supports studies of glycoimmune regulation, inhibitory lectin signaling, and immune evasion by pathogens in epithelial environments.
