Description To study ST3GAL2 ST3 beta-galactoside alpha-2,3-sialyltransferase 2 function in CHO-S cells, and to investigate its role in Golgi-localized alpha-2,3-sialylation, the ST3GAL2 knockout CHO-S cell line provides a model to examine alpha-2,3-sialylation disruption and its potential consequences for sialylation patterns and glycoprotein properties in CHO-S cells.
