GlycoErase™ UGT1A1 Knockout HepG2 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF1128

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
UGT1A1 knockout HepG2 cell line lacks UGT1A1 protein, UDP glucuronosyltransferase family 1 member A1, involved in glucuronidation and UDP-N-acetylglucosamine transferase complex in liver cells. UGT1A1 knockout in HepG2 cells allows investigation of glucuronidation disruption in liver cancer, potentially affecting detoxification pathways in hepatocytes, UDP-N-acetylglucosamine transferase processes in liver cells, and glucuronidation-dependent metabolic functions in liver tumors.
