GlycoFlux™ Human SIGLEC15 Overexpression HepG2 Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0925-JF872

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC15 overexpression HepG2 cell line is a stable hepatocyte-like model expressing SIGLEC15, a receptor involved in regulating cytoskeleton dynamics, osteoclast development, and bone metabolism. Localized at the plasma membrane, it participates in signaling complexes that bridge immunity and skeletal regulation. This model provides opportunities for studying liver-associated regulation of bone-immune cross-talk and glycosylation-driven processes.
