GlycoErase™ SIGLEC15 knockout Jurkat cell line is a Jurkat T lymphocyte model lacking SIGLEC15 expression. SIGLEC15 is predicted to regulate actin cytoskeleton organization, bone resorption, and osteoclast development. The knockout Jurkat system provides a platform for studying cytoskeletal regulation in immune cells, T cell signaling pathways, and skeletal-immune interactions, supporting applications in immunotherapy research, apoptosis studies, and drug screening.

Product Disclaimer
This product is provided for research only, not suitable for human or animal use. Due to the inherent limitations of infectious agent testing, investigators must exercise extreme caution when handling cells provided by Creative Biolabs, treating all cells as potentially biohazardous.
Target Information
Target
SIGLEC15
Full Name
Sialic Acid Binding Ig Like Lectin 15
Alternative Name
CD33L3, HsT1361, SIGLEC-15, Sialic Acid Binding Ig Like Lectin
The protein is predicted to regulate actin cytoskeleton organization, bone resorption, and osteoclast development. It is expected to be located in the membrane, forming part of a protein-containing complex, and active in the plasma membrane.
