GlycoFlux™ human SIGLEC15 overexpression Jurkat cell line is a stable T-cell model overexpressing SIGLEC15, predicted to regulate actin cytoskeleton organization and osteoclast differentiation. Active at the plasma membrane, it is part of protein complexes shaping immune and bone regulation. This glycoengineered line supports T-cell-based studies of glycosylation-mediated lectin signaling and cross-regulation between immunity and skeletal remodeling.
