GlycoErase™ SIGLEC15 knockout HEK293 cell line is a HEK293 cell line where SIGLEC15 expression has been removed. SIGLEC15 is predicted to regulate actin cytoskeleton organization, bone resorption, and osteoclast development, and is localized to the plasma membrane. This knockout HEK293 model supports research into osteoclast biology, cytoskeletal regulation, and skeletal disease mechanisms, and serves applications in therapeutic target validation, protein expression studies, and immune modulation.
