Description	GlycoErase™ SIGLEC15 knockout A549 cell line is a human lung epithelial cancer model with SIGLEC15 expression eliminated. SIGLEC15 is predicted to regulate actin cytoskeleton organization, bone resorption, and osteoclast development, and is localized to the plasma membrane as part of protein-containing complexes. Removal of SIGLEC15 in the A549 background provides a distinct system to investigate osteoclast biology, skeletal disease mechanisms, and cytoskeletal regulation, while supporting applications in bone metabolism research, therapeutic target validation, and immunology.
