As a pivotal biomolecule, ascorbic acid oxidase (AAO) plays a central role in complex physiological networks. It mediates crucial electron transfer processes, neutralizing reactive species or facilitating biochemical oxidations. Moreover, detailed analysis of this target empowers researchers to monitor disease progression or developmental stages effectively.
Application
Designed for comprehensive functional analysis of ascorbic acid oxidase (AAO) within tissue metabolism profiling, coenzyme utilization studies, and biochemical pathway modeling.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Micro-Volume Optimization; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
