The GlycoSens™ Cellulase (CL) Assay Kit provides a robust, high-precision analytical assay platform engineered for quantification of target cellulase in varied biological matrices. Featuring a streamlined protocol, it delivers outstanding linearity and operational speed for routine biochemical assays.
The assay relies on the distinct spectroscopic optical characteristics of cellulase. Upon reaction with specialized chromogenic reagents, the resulting optical density shifts measured at target wavelengths directly reflect CL content in the sample.

Application Notes
Background
Known for its specific biological characteristics, cellulase (CL) provides deep insights into cellular dynamics. It selectively processes distinct biochemical substrates, maintaining the efficiency of cellular networks. In addition, therefore, profiling its activity serves as a fundamental strategy for exploring complex biological phenomena.
Application
Ideal for investigating cellulase (CL) activity and metabolic turnover during natural product research, growth factor signaling, and developmental morphogenesis studies.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Micro-Volume Optimization; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
