Application Notes
Background
As a pivotal biomolecule, cellulase (CL) plays a central role in complex physiological networks. This catalytic protein strictly regulates substrate turnover to meet the dynamic physiological needs of the cell. Moreover, accurate quantification of this target is essential for uncovering underlying pathological and physiological mechanisms.
Application
Widely applicable for tracking cellulase (CL) fluctuations across agricultural biotechnology, crop growth regulation, and physiological stress responses.
Key Features & Advantages
Robust Assay Design; Easy-to-Follow Protocol; Versatile Application Range
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
