Full Name
Phytase
Alternate Names
Phytase
Application Notes
Background
In the context of biological research, phytase has emerged as a molecule of high interest. It selectively processes distinct biochemical substrates, maintaining the efficiency of cellular networks. Moreover, detailed analysis of this target empowers researchers to monitor disease progression or developmental stages effectively.
Application
Ideal for investigating phytase activity and metabolic turnover during natural product research, growth factor signaling, and developmental morphogenesis studies.
Key Features & Advantages
Robust Assay Design; Easy-to-Follow Protocol; Versatile Application Range
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
