Soil Nuclease
Application Notes
Background
Soil nuclease is recognized as a fundamental component in biological systems. It actively participates in the breakdown of organic complexes within the soil matrix. Moreover, assessing this component offers a reliable parameter for agricultural research or biological studies.
Application
Specifically engineered for evaluating soil nuclease dynamics in plant physiology, stress adaptation signaling, and cellular homeostasis research.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Excellent Reproducibility; Ready-to-Use Reagents
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
