The GlycoSens™ Soil Nuclease Assay Kit features an optimized micro-volume detection system designed for sensitive measurement of soil nuclease levels across diverse research samples. The assay components are ready-to-use, ensuring high analytical reproducibility with minimal sample requirements.
Quantification of soil nuclease is established through a specific substrate-mediated reaction. Signal intensity recorded via microplate reader or spectrophotometer is proportionally calibrated against analytical standard curves.

Soil Nuclease
Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of soil nuclease are closely linked to overall organismal health. It actively participates in the breakdown of organic complexes within the soil matrix. Tracking its dynamics facilitates a deeper understanding of cellular responses to external stressors.
Application
Designed for comprehensive functional analysis of soil nuclease within tissue metabolism profiling, coenzyme utilization studies, and biochemical pathway modeling.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Micro-Volume Optimization; Broad Sample Compatibility
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
